Welcome to Imprint Creative Hub! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Imprint Creative Hub website, located at imprintcreativehub.co.za, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Imprint Creative Hub ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Description of Service

Imprint Creative Hub provides an online platform that connects creative professionals, including actors, models, dancers, and other talents ("Talent"), with individuals and companies seeking to hire them for various projects ("Recruiters").

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User-Generated Content

Users may post, upload, or otherwise submit content, such as profiles, portfolios, job listings, and messages ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following:

  • Post any User Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Engage in any activity that is harmful, threatening, or harassing.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with them.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.
  • Distribute spam or any other form of unsolicited communication.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Imprint Creative Hub and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both South Africa and foreign countries.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

Imprint Creative Hub is a platform for connecting Talent and Recruiters. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction between users. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any user, job posting, or User Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imprint Creative Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
